Date night

So last night was date night, we don’t do it often but we thought why not, 6 1/2 years and all that.

We did dinner and a film, nothing too fancy, dinner at the Harvester and then went to see the film Sex Tape which was pretty funny. Got home around midnight, collapsed in bed and slept like a baby, good night.

I thought I’d dress up for the occasion (slightly)

Bank holiday Monday

In the pub industry, weekends and bank holidays off are a rare treat enjoyed by few and treasured by those lucky enough to score one off, my awesome manager gave me today off and I love her for it.

Me and the hubby decided that staying in would be a waste and went to a nearby(ish) pub where we ate our body weight, it’s the most I’ve eaten in a long time and I’m now feeling rather stuffed.

Like the stereotype I am, I instagrammed the shizzle of of my main, I had pate for my starter and ice cream for dessert and it was all very delicious.

Outfit wise I wore… My Topshop Alvin boots and Joni jeans, a long line sleeveless grey top from Primark, my checked shirt from River Island, my Michael Kors Watch and a long arrow necklace of which I cannot remember the origin.
